Both cottages provide the usual cutlery, dinner/tea service, kettle, teapot, etc. They are close to Ilfracombe Town Centre and Seafront, and can use the hotel restaurant and bar. Reservations should be made by phoning 01271 863955, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required on booking and full payment is to be made 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

 

A Comfortable Bungalow style accommodation to sleep 4. The cottage has a lounge/diner, kitchen (with gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge), separate toilet, bathroom with shower over bath and basin, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. AH fuel and power is included in the rental together with bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair is available. There is a colour t. v. and video, radio, shared laundry facilities, shared lawned garden and garden furniture, off road parking for 1 vehicle, and up to 2 pets welcome free of charge. The cottage is no smoking. Charges start from £143 per week low season, and from £213 high season. The price is per cottage. Out of season short 3 or 4 night breaks are from £107.
